Mercouri
Red
Made from 85% Refosco and 15% Mavrodaphne. After fermentation, the product is transferred to wooden barrels in
an underground cellar for maturation for approximately one year. The wine is then bottled and stored in
temperature-controlled cellars for additional aging. Pronounced berry flavors are present on the nose.
The wine is dry, full bodied with medium high alcohol and moderate tannins. It is silky in texture with a
long finish.
Foloi White
Named after Mount Foloi, the grapes are grown on a plateau that is 650m above sea level.
The wine is made solely from Roditis grapes. It is pale yellow in color with a delicate bouquet
filled with youthful fruits and flowers. On the palate, it is dry with crisp acidity, medium body,
exotic fruit flavors and a medium finish.
