Cava Cambas
The term “Cava” describes white & red Greek table wines that mature in barrel and bottle for two and three years respectively. Cava Cambas was among the first white Cava wines ever to appear in the Greek market back in 1924.
CATEGORY: Table wine.
VARIETY: Savatiano, one of the most typical Greek white grape varieties.
TYPE: White dry.
AGING: Minimum of two years in oak barrels and bottle.
CHARACTERISTICS: Bright golden - yellow colour, unique nose with aromas of apricot and peach and a rich round taste.
FOOD PAIRING: Best served at 8 - 10 o C as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to traditional Greek dishes.


Chardonnay Cambas

Chardonay Cambas
CATEGORY: Regional Wine of Peloponnese.
VARIETY: Chardonnay.
TYPE: White dry.
CHARACTERISTICS: Yellow color with green tinges. Sweet aroma of flowers, honey and lemon. Full-bodied, fat and rich, with good acidity and flavours of flowers and dried nuts.
FOOD PAIRING: Serve at 10 o C with rich fish or hearty cheeses.

The most popular red grape variety, vinified by a Greek winemaker.
CATEGORY: Regional Wine of Peloponnese.
VARIETY: Cabernet Sauvignon.
TYPE: Red dry
CHARACTERISTICS: Deep purple colour, complex aroma with hints of wood, smoke and spices. Rich body and intense aftertaste. FOOD PAIRING: Served at 16 o C - 18o C as an accompaniment to dishes of red meat and cheeses.

Nemea Reserve Cambas

Nemea Reserve Cambas
Nemea Reserve Cambas is produced from the noble Argiorgitiko variety and aged for 18 months in a barrel and 12 months in a bottle, thus acquiring a deep ruby color and a rich bouquet. Velvety texture, long aftertaste suitable for further ageing.



Retsina Cambas

Retsina Cambas
Dry, White wine with unique fresh pine aroma and distict taste. Served cool at 50-54 F. The Cambas Retsina pairs exceptionally well with fish, seafood as well as Greek traditional dishes.


DESERT WINE: Mavrodaphne Cambas

Mavrodaphne Cambas
According to the myth, the Greek God Apollo fell in love with the beautiful Daphne, who has been transformed into a bush named after her. The Mavrodaphne grape variety was named after the black ("Mavres") fruits of this delicate bush ("Daphne"). The variety was introduced in the region of Patras by merchants and nobles through the Ionian Islands trade routes. Cambas Mavrodaphne of Patras is the perfect finish to any meal.

VARIETY: Mavrodaphne, the Greek red grape used for the production of sweet wines and suitable for ageing.

FOOD PAIRING: Served as an aperitif between 8 - 10 o C or with desserts, especially chocolate ones.
