  Enhancements: An Architect's Dream

Photoenhancements.com makes it possible to eliminate the problems inherent in architectural photography.

In this section we include samples of enhanced images along with the untreated originals to better illustrate the extent of our capabilities.

Had we allowed the directional sunlight to reach under the canopy, we would lose the east elevation of the building to shadow. The alternative would be to illuminate the entrance artificially with strobe lights and increase both the budget and complexity of the photo shoot. Our solution was to scan the image and digitally touch up the entrance to deliver an image of superb quality. We not only addressed the canopy problem successfully but we were also able to improve landscape features, unwanted reflections, and more.

This enhancement involved more than cloning pixels. We took notes from the site and reconstructed some of the elements from scratch. The resulting image met the vision of the architect, whom we consulted every step of the way.

Digital enchancement made a major difference on the aesthetic appearance of this building. Telephone poles and cables were removed as well as the banner hanging down from the roof.
