Add-a-Zone
Add an additional hot water zone of radiant floor
heating up to 600 sq. ft. Requires additional 900
linear feet of 1/2" pex-al-pex tubing, pump, valves,
(2) 3-loop manifolds with mimi-isolation valves, piping,
225 cable or talon supports, (1) wall mount thermostat,
check valve 24 volt relay, transformer, 3-way non-electric,
thermostatic mixing valve and air elimination.
Water Treatment
Sediment removal - built-in microscopic particle
removal helps protects plumbing fixtures from failure
by removing dirt/rust. Includes (1) 20 gal. per min.
jumbo flow cellulose fibre filter and housing pre-
assembled into plumbing Cage.
Water Purification - built-in carbon block filter to
dramatically improve taste/order in the drinking
water system. 5 gallons per minute purified water
pre-assembled into the plumbing Cage. Perfect
for municipal systems.
Reverse Osmosis - built-in 4 stage removal for
advance water treatment/drinking requirements.
Perfect for well systems. Includes long reach faucet
and 2.4 gallon tank. High purity water rate is 12-18
gallons a day.
Instant Hot Water
Water conservation and convience can be available
at all baths and kitchens with Blueprint instant hot water
delivery systems. Prevent excessive water loss while
waiting for hot water at the plumbing taps. Blueprint
Plumbing Cages can include exclusive "capillary"
multi-port recirulating manifold with 3/8" mini-ball valves,
fresh water circulator with15 minute interval dip switches
timer, isolation valves, check valve, and more.

metering. Provides fair and accurate readings for
each unit billing. Sturdy, durable, corrosion resistant,

Alternate Hot Water Zones
Event excessive hot water temperatures at the
bath and kitchen taps. Blueprint Plumbing Cages
implement non-electric, 3 way blending devices
to ensure safe and adjustable hot water temper-
atures to alternate plumbing groupings.
Perfect application for children and disabled bath
and kitchens.
Hi-Temp. To Dish Washer
Provision for a seperate point-of-connection for
delivery of higher temperature hot water directly
to the dish washer. This provides greater sanitation
with less water usage. Normal sanitazing temper-
ature at 140 degrees fahrenheit.
Govern Water Pressure
Reduce pressure - Where applications have higher
pressure than 70 pounds per square inch Blueprint
recommends a pressure reducing station to prevent
uncessary noise and errosion of plumbing system
componets. Includes adjustable pressure valve,
before and after pressure gauges, manual by-pass,
water hammer arrestor, isolation valves and more.
Increase pressure - If you have been inconvenienc-
ed or frustrated with inadequate water pressure you
may consider a pressuriser. Blueprint pressurized
systems ensure constant water pressure to sinks,
showers, toilets,basins, dish washers, outside
hosebibbs and more. Quiet, compact one piece
design easy to install.115 volt electrical.
Outside Dog/Car Wash
Adjustable cold and hot water temperature
with mixing control and built-in thermometer.
The addition of this modern feature allows
the user to wash dogs, cars and walkways with
adjustable tempered hot water. Especially convient
during cold weather operations. Piping and outdoor
hosebibb not included.
Irrigation point-of-connection
Includes approved type testable double check
backflow preventer, 24 volt solenoid valve
operation easily adaptable to any home automation
system or irrigation timer. Sprinkler system
components, timer, and automation system
are seperate and additional costs.
Blueprint Systems can be specially customized for
large scale new construction and retrofit projects.
Garden Hosebibb Station
Includes 3-Port manifold with 1/2" mini-isolation
valves for multiple outside hosebibbs. This feature
allows water treatment equipment to last longer.
Since watering the lawn and cleaning cars, etc.
normally does not require filtered water.
Individual control for each outside hose station.
Manifold is expandable. No hosebibbs included.
